This dealer tried to add on $2800 in shop fees to a used car that was advertised on line for $23900 not until they ran our credit we noticed that on the paperwork they added tax title license inspection fee $220 doc fee and I believe it was $2800 for shop fees . As a senior on Chemo therapy I was steered into trading my 2017 *****. I was visiting the dealership to change my mood and look at different vehicles. I was referred to *******, a new car sales. He asked me if I want to test drive this Toyota tacoma truck. I said yes. nice truck. the problem I had was that ******* and his co-worker sat me down and started the negotiations. I experienced deceptive and misleading practices at Toyota of Cedar Park when purchasing my leased vehicle.I spent more than two hours waiting for financing, during which I was shown monthly payment numbers without being given a clear interest rate or breakdown. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! I was lied and misled multiple times. I signed a contract for a ************ and was told that the car would arrive in one week. After three weeks I received a message that the vehicle was ready for pickup and was onsite. I arrived at the dealership and the car was not there. Lack of integrity and under contract law committed fraudulent inducement. They are not reliable when dealing pricing. They told me one price and added 10,000 on the contract. They are rip offs

The check engine light came on and I took my ** ***** to NYE in Rome. They told me the purge valve needed to be replaced. The problem is they overcharged by allot. It should have cost between $300 and $400 and they charged.me $868.34. The way they did the estimate was strange and not right. They charged me $635.95 for the labor which was the cost of the part times a factor of around 2.7. NYE should have used an actual hourly rate for 1 or 2 hours at the most.
