Yesterday was my first time at Lush, and I was beyond impressed with the customer service! I was looking into skincare and was really unsure about what to try, and the girl who helped me was so personable, I wish I could remember her name to give her a shoutout! She took the time to try out different things on my sister and I so we could compare and contrast what worked and didn't. I visited Lush as a first timer this week and I was amazed. First by the customer service. They were outstanding, very knowledgeable and showed us how things work. Thank you for a great experience.

I am a Lush devote and regularly convert others to this brand. However, yesterday my experience in the store was less than what I have come to expect. As I was paying for my more than $100 worth of products, including the $30 body lotion I was convinced I had to buy after receiving a free sample my trip before, the clerk tried to up-sell me body scrubs to go along with my purchases, and there was no offer of samples made. Lush is my bit of "Heaven on Earth" The products here are amazing and definitely help me relax and enjoy some quiet time to recharge for the next day in Kindergarten :)
