Went for the first time to Lush today, I am in LOvE!!!!!
I think I had every lady in the store help me out while we wandered. I had a few specific needs and they were top-notch in helping out with the specific item I came in for, and suggesting others that would go well with it. I've always been a super-fan of Lush and it's nice to see the store is as good as, or better, than the website.
Everyone was super friendly, asked about my skin care needs and directed me in the right direction for what I was looking for. They answered all questions that I had and allowed me to browse without being pestered. Just wish it was closer to my house!!!
absolutely love this store, the staff is incredible and so are the products! everything this company stands for makes me proud to have products from here.
I stopped in on Sunday, and the sales person that helped me was wonderful. I wish I had gotten her name. I was school shopping at the time, and didn't have much money, but she took the time to explain the products to me, even after I told her I would have to come back another time. I loved the store, and will be back soon!

I've never had an issue with this store. The staff is great and super kind and they're totally willing to help you find exactly what you need. I stopped in yesterday because it was super overdue and I had run out of some products, so I needed restocking. I also wanted to try a new face wash because store bought ones just don't cut it sometimes. I didn't get the name of the girl who helped me, but she guided me to coalface.
