I had never heard of your store until I read about your Woodland Mall location refusing to serve someone because he is a farmer. Public relations fail. You might want to consider reaching out to the young man and the farming community with an apology. I am not a farmer, but I know who makes my existence possible.
I love this place. I have been able to get rid of my perscription shampoos because of these great products!
If Lush will not support the farming community here in West MI, I have no desire to spend my money or time here. Very disappointed.
