Had a specialist appointment here with one of my kiddos and found everyone to be very friendly and accommodating. Things ran according to schedule and the doc we came to see was amazing. She took her time to explain everything in detail, interacted with our kiddo, developed a plan for care and not once made us feel rushed. Very pleasant experience!
Let me tell you , as new mom of twins !! This place is not only clean and comfortable but they keep it apart from the normal ED for adults which I love , I came in because my girls are two weeks old and they caught something and it scared me so much. The staff here is so nice and wonderful ! And very efficient! Thank to everyone here at northwestern children’s Luries . I can go home and be okay and get rest knowing my girls are okay .
