We went for a family homeschool field trip, the kids loved the adventure park, & the garden maze, but our tour guide Susan made the caverns tour extremely educational & entertaining! .. Unfortunately when our tour ended one employee told us the store was closed and we had to leave, but I reached out to them the next day and John from the office came down and personally apologized and was extremely genuine, kind and generous in regards to making it up to us.
