Caverns were great! I wish I could have heard the tour guide, but unfortunately our group was mostly foreign and talked over the guide, while touching literally everything they could. The maze was a lot of fun for my 8yr old daughter too.

I'm from Florida and this is worth it to drive 14hrs up there to see it. It's wonderful!!!! Must see when you are in Virginia.

The caverns are incredible...beautiful and interesting...the only thing i didn't like was the size of the groups and how rushed we were with the other tour groups butting right in as our guide finished speaking...was hard to take pictures and really look around in some spots.

this cave is a tourist attraction and their tour gives no history, just comparisons to inanimate objects. tour guides know nothing and the cave was full of trash. managerial service is rude and they probably support deforestation too. If you want to see a healthy cave and not support the degradation of natural wonders rethink your visit and maybe go see a less-commercialized cave or somewhere that doesn't scam you of your money, lie to their customers, and teach you misinformation when it comes to geologic formations.
