We visited on 5/25/16 and have to say we had a great time. The caverns are so beautiful and I must give a special thank you to our tour guide Hannah. We only had six people in our group so she was able to take the time to provide all the information we could ask for. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant and very engaging with the group. Couldn't have asked for a better experience because of her! Well done!
We were in the very front of the tour so I have no complaint about being rushed. Actually the opposite. The group was SO LARGE that we would follow the tour guide to the next spot and wait about 5-7 minutes for the rest of our group to catch up before we could move on. The caverns were beautiful but it would have been nice to really explore the caverns at our own pace with a two little kids. We brought a 4 year old and a 7 year old. Larry Hurley and I are on our Honeymoon and as a gift my brother sent us here. It has been incredible and romantic. Today at 9 am we went on an awesome tour into the caverns . They are AMAZING but we would also like to thank our tour guide Katie! She was AWESOME SO MUCH FUN BUT VERY FULL OF KNOWLEDGE.WE ARE HAVING A GREAT TIME
This is our second time here and it was just as amazing as before. Wish it was a little more handicap accessible. Everyone should be able to enjoy this historic place! Would be nice also to be able to have self guided tours so you don't feel rushed to keep up with the group.

Best adventure to repeat. I'm fascinated with this place. Been 3 times and I'm still not tired of it.
It has been almost 48 years ago but I'll always remember my time at the Luray Caverns !
