Awesome haircut and wonderful staff! – I went to Luna for the first time today and was very, very pleased. Everyone there was extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming. The decor is cool--the salon is stylish and trendy, and it gets even better when you find that no one is stuffy what-so-ever (which is typically the case in places like that). Great Haircut and Eyebrows! – I recently moved to the area and have been searching for a salon - Luna is definitely the one! Kelly cut my hair and did an amazing cut and style and was very friendly... I had my eyebrows done with Glenn and they are PERFECT! Everyone at the salon was very nice - no snobby attitude!
Jill is amazing! – I was recommended to Jill at Luna by a friend and I couldn't be happier!! Jill did an amazing job with my highlights and the cut was exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was so friendly and the service was top notch. The salon has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere.
A wonderful find on Walnut Street – Having lived in Center City for a decade now and typically getting my hair cut on Rittenhouse square, I discovered Luna while walking down Walnut the other day. WELL WORTH THE VISIT TO DOWNTOWN PHILA! – My spouse and I both go out of our way to travel from a Phila suburb into center city to get our hair done at Luna. It is well worth the distance. From the moment you walk in, the polite staff treat you like you own the place. A VERY POOR EXCUSE FOR A SALON/SPA – We had a very bad time here. The stylist did an awful job on my sisters hair and their idea of a massage was a joke. We cancelled the appointment with the woman doing facials after seeing her work.
A DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE – We had heard this salon was very ncie,but unfortunately this wasn't true. Our services were awful and the place itself is rather dingy and smelled bad. Our hair stylist was rude and did a terrible job.
A POOR EXCUSE FOR A SPA JUST A HAIR SALON REALLY – We were quite upset with the hype of this place and only to discover it is really just a hair salon. We went thinking it was a sap,but it isn't even close to that. Not for us.
Fabulous Talent! – I adore Luna. Glen usually cuts & colors my hair and does a wonderful job! This past week Glen was all booked (because he's so great) so I scheduled with Katie instead. My hair is really fine, curly, and just difficult. And I wanted a short hair cut so I was a tad nervous.
