I’ve been to Luminary 4 times. Each time the wait is longer than an hour. For this visit, I waited an hour and 28 minutes for an eight minute appointment with the doctor. When I told the front desk, their response was I could get another provider. No apology was offered. Bad service!
Dr. Skolnik is by far one of the worst doctors I’ve ever had. Why is a dermatologist spending our entire appointment telling me to eat blueberries and spinach and continuously asking me if I eat a lot of bread?? Felt like I was at a nutritionist. Was no help at all with the issue I came in for, which was unrelated to my diet by the way. I was literally in tears in front of her, and she didn’t even bat an eye. Very upsetting. Do not recommend to anyone looking for a doctor that is caring and knowledgeable.
