Location, Location, Location! I have been a resident of Lumen Grant Park for well over a year and love living here. The best part for me is the ease of access to the major highways to get to work, but also the amount of restaurants that are easily walkable from my apartment. The amenities are top notch as well from the amazing view from the rooftop lounge to the pool that reminds me of being at an upscale hotel to the gym which offers plenty of equipment to get the perfect workout in. I just moved in however so far it’s been good. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do a good job of being professional while still being human and friendly with residents.
I’ve been living here since September and have had a wonderful experience so far! The apartment is gorgeous, the amenities are amazing and unlike every other experience I’ve had at apartments with poor leasing office experiences the leasing office here is AMAZING. Robb was one of the main reasons I chose this place! He is so professional and makes sure all the residents are taken care of

So much to love about living here!! The staff is the best, everyone of them. The location is incredible...bars, restaurants, parks, Marta, the beltline all in walking distance! And as a bonus our apartments is gorgeous with gorgeous views!

Love LGP! We moved in about a year ago and it was the best decision. The staff are very welcoming. The amenities are great. I love having a trash chute versus valet trash (keeps nasty bugs away) Built in Bluetooth speakers when you need to jam out while you clean. The location is ideal for our family of 3 plus our pup.
The staff is top notch and the location, amenities, and overall facilities are all awesome! I’ve only been here for a month, but I’m so glad that I made my move before the lockdown. This is a pretty amazing place to call home during these uncertain times.
