RecommendedI’m a recent college graduate who has lived at 6 different places in Charleston and this is by far the best one. The staff are super helpful, my apartment is beautiful, and all maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours. Not one single complaint!
RecommendedI seriously do not want to live anywhere else. Everyone here is so pleasant. Neighbors are great and peaceful. Great mix of younger people and family’s! Apartments are gorgeous, staff is absolutely top notch! Never thought I’d have such a wonderful experience here. I’ve only been here for a few months but I can already tell I’ll be resigning. Thanks you guys for being great!!
Despite having a gated community, I was up one morning and I find my car broken into. Think twice as this place is on the border of John Young Prkway.
RecommendedI have lived in many luxury apartments with wonderful amenities but the staff at Lumen is what set them apart from the others. I absolutely love the location and the local restaurants. The staff makes you feel like you are part of the family. If you looking for something beyond great amenities, I say Lumen is your place
RecommendedLoving the location! The friendly staff welcomes you as you enter the building and more importantly they remember you. The mini LA Fitness gym with actual workout equipment is ideal for those morning workouts before heading out to the office. Oh don't forget your complimentary Starbucks coffee on the way out!! #Lumen

RecommendedThe most outstanding thing about Lumen is the staff! They’re super friendly and treat you like family. The next best thing is the location! I love that I can get home, park the car, and walk to almost anything I want to do. The building is also beautiful well maintained!
RecommendedI’ve been living at lumen for a little over a year now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The establishment is always kept up from the inside out and the staff takes pride in the place I call home. Lumen is located in such a great area of grand park... close the bars , restaurants and the beltline.
