RecommendedI've only been living here for a month, however the scenery is beautiful, the pool makes you feel like you're at a luxury resort, the community and the people in it stand together, only 15 minutes from downtown, and the staff was very patient and helpful in our transition from Wisconsin. The only negative that I have seen in the past month is some floorboards creek (to be expected) in which I'm sure the neighbors below me don't like.
RecommendedRENTER BEWARE! I rented an apartment expecting a hell hole and I was sorely disappointed! First off, that guy in the office worked so hard to get my application approved that even I broke a sweat. Then, these clowns had the AUDACITY to let me move in to a super clean apartment. When I had a maintenance issue, they sent maintenance staff that was so polite and sweet that I nearly got diabetes. Cypress Pond was such a disappointing experience for my family. The office staff were all smiles until we were set to move in. We payed all the fees and rent up front when we selected our move in date. When I called Kathryn the afternoon before move in she said our apartment wouldn’t be ready the next morning. You can imagine our frustration having closed on our house with movers coming at 9 am the next day. I’m not even sure if they would have told us if I hadn’t called at 2 pm. RecommendedWe spent the last 8 years of our lives at Cypress Pond and cant say enough wonderful things about the property, the management, and the residents! We recently bought a house and finished moving all of our belongings out today. Very excited but very bittersweet to be leaving! THANK YOU to the entire CP team for making it a great place to live and raise our daughter! We’re gonna miss you all very much and will be sure to pop in when we’re in the area! Much love!

RecommendedThey have a great staff that will see you are very well taken care of. It's a great place for your family and friends to live. It's one of the best apts. to stay in around Wilmington . Its also has everything you will need around within 2walking distance. You all rock at Cypress pond in Portersneck.
RecommendedLived at Canyon Ridge for almost 2 years and a current resident. The office goes above and beyond to accommodate its residents, they’ve been nothing but helpful and there is a strong level of communication between residents and administration. Great safe community with great prices and proactive staff!
