RecommendedI have lived in many luxury apartments with wonderful amenities but the staff at Lumen is what set them apart from the others. I absolutely love the location and the local restaurants. The staff makes you feel like you are part of the family. If you looking for something beyond great amenities, I say Lumen is your place
RecommendedLoving the location! The friendly staff welcomes you as you enter the building and more importantly they remember you. The mini LA Fitness gym with actual workout equipment is ideal for those morning workouts before heading out to the office. Oh don't forget your complimentary Starbucks coffee on the way out!! #Lumen

RecommendedThe most outstanding thing about Lumen is the staff! They’re super friendly and treat you like family. The next best thing is the location! I love that I can get home, park the car, and walk to almost anything I want to do. The building is also beautiful well maintained!

The establishment is always kept up from the inside out and the staff takes pride in the place I call home. Lumen is located in such a great area of grand park... close the bars , restaurants and the beltline.

It’s in the best location (walk out your front door to some of the best things about grant park and even the city!), the amenities are terrific, and the staff is wonderful! The units are some of the prettiest I’ve seen in apartments around the city too.
