I have bought 4 used vehicles from them. I only deal with Greg Reitz. He knows what I am looking for the minute I talk to him. Financing dept a lil rude, service dept people have been rude at times. I state exactly what I need and I don't have many issues. I have not had any major issues with any of the cars. Just normal where and tear. That is normal with a USED car!!! That's why they are USED cars!!
Thinking of trading in my 2015 Sorento , just a little too big for just me, I stopped at Lujacks to see what they had in stock of the Sportage model. Well this very nice young man greeted me with a smile & off we went looking! I might add I also had been at Courtesy twice & not once did anyone come out to see if I was interested, there loss! We have had excellent service each time while getting our car serviced. Very friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Free amenities while waiting are also a perk!
Was a great experience, had drinks, snacks, and free WiFi for the wait time! Eddie was super nice!
Everything was done that they said they would do. They were done early and my car was washed!!
