Not happy with the car I recently bought from them back in September. I'm paying 16,000 with everything for my 2014 Ford Fusion and I've had nothing but problems with my car. The first 14 days I had it there was 600 dollars worth of work that needed to be done. Which they fixed but made me pay a 100 deductible. Come to find out they sold it too me with 2 recalls they never told me about I had to find out from a ford dealership. I've been having trouble with the car sense. I will never come back to Drivers choice again.
I traded in my truck here a week ago after jumping through many hoops purchasing a BMW and was promised the service issue would be taken care of just for my sales person to text me and tell me that I was on my own as his service team wasn't capable of taking care of my needs. However it is still under warranty and nobody want to do anything to fix the situation
Before you buy a car here do some research! Look up the going dealer price in this area on the NADA and KBB websites, they ask about $2k over that and were firm on their prices even after I pointed this out. And the sales men are cocky js....

When we asked him about added costs, including sales tax, he said he didn’t know and that someone else took care of that. Fair enough. But when we did the final paperwork with Finance Manager Jason Walter there was a major problem that we didn’t realize till later. I been with lujacks since I was 17 I got my first car with them in 2016 it’s was a nissan which I had for 3 years and not one problem with the car. Now I lease a newer Ford Fusion with them. Zina Ross is my sales person she’s very caring, and the other sale people plus the managers have been a huge help with leasing both my vehicles. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
my Van's engine went to crap after 2000 but Jayson Newman the GM has been amazing to go above and beyond to help my situation. so thankful for you Jayson.
Bought this car back in October had worked done on it prior to sale. was told have a year warranty on parts. Come December I'm back in shop with same problems. found out about the issues called them up and they still won't return the phone call or the 300. go elsewhere folks.
I bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu from Lujacks. Have the car for verily 3 months and it is already costing me $317 to get it fixed. Wouldn't it figure the extended warranty that I got so conveniently had expired. This is the last time I ever trust buying a used vehicle from Screwjacks
