Horrible service beginning the moment we stepped foot in the door. We had a 7:00 pm appointment and no one seemed to know anything about us coming, even though they sent a confirmation text and phone call. Very unprofessional considering we drove from Burlington, Ia in the snow. Then it got super fun when they couldn’t find the key to the vehicle we went to see. To start off I looked at their website to see what they had on the market.. found a traverse that was a 2015 LT that stated it had roughly 18,000 miles on it and they wanted roughly 21,000 for it.. sent an email to make sure they still had this vehicle before driving 45 minutes to look at it.. got an email back saying yes they have this vehicle available yet and wanted me to come look at it... I bought an 03 Cadillac CTS for the asking price and in full and within a couple of weeks the check engine light came on and the car would flash, engine power reduced and then die in the middle of the road.
