Dr.Velazquez is a great Dr very personable and treats me like family every time I see him and always takes time with me as far as the staff Brianna and Calina are always there for me with any of my needs he's the best Dr in Lakeland bar none.
Appointment at 1h30. Now 2h15 and still waiting to see doctor. This is already second time here that i had to wait this long! Are they accepting too many patients? Or what is happening!
