I came at the wrong time for my scheduled appointment. I came too early and the office accommodated me even though it wasn't at my scheduled time and I appreciate it very much.

I had to wait over one hour to get in to my appointment. I was told to be there at 1:45pm for a 2pm appointment, I was not called back until after 2:45pm. Just to long to wait.
Thanks especially to the nurse, {staff name removed}. She was very warm, kind and friendly.
The entire UCI Laguna Hills is a first rate organization! Used to say all staff had been sent to charm school but now think they at all just charming and competent! Can't wait for Irvine Hospital to open!!! {patient name removed}

Dr. Cheng, was extremely informative, patient and thorough in describing results, procedure results, an avid listener. Really wanted to know what my complains were so that he could better serve me very polite, very professional and yet very much patient centered in bedside manner.
