I like that the doctor went over my scans and I appreciate the promptness in that fashion. I wish there was more communication and organization with the front desk in accordance with what is supposed to happen with the patient. And I do appreciate the explanation of my care to a degree, but I wish there was better communication so that I wouldn't be confused about things at the end of my appointment. Thank you.
This provider took the time to explain my condition and showed me recent imaging. He listened, answered all my questions, and did not make me feel rushed. The medical assistant [staff name removed] was wonderful. Overall excellent experience
