Dr Cheng and his nurse {staff name removed} were Great. The front desk check in agents were rude and unhelpful.
{staff name removed} and Dr. Cheng the most complimentary people I have been aware of. Their courteous, kind helpful, they tried to go over everything and explain why a certain thing is this way and why it's not the other way. I value there opinions to my health care and my (INAUDIBLE) very definitely. And I would recommend them to anybody who is a great asthma doctor and nurse. Thank you.
Due to the limitation in scheduling software, this recent visit could have been scheduled more effectivley.
UCI staff is always so friendly, and professional!! They explain what they've found in understandable terms, ask if I have questions, and tells me how we'll proceed. UCI is the place I want to be when I have health issues - they are the best in every way!
Dr. Cheng and his nurse {staff name removed} were very attentive to me and my questions. they definitely took an interest in my health concerns...both physical and emotional. this is why I stay in UCI health.
Although it took six months to get an appointment with Dr. Cheng, he was very professional and knew my case because he had reviewed my chart. He asked good questions about my health and healthcare. Dr also shared the results of my PFT comparing them to last year. He was very kind and it was a great experience.
All my questions were answered, and the doctor reassured me of the findings from the test. No further treatment needed at this time. I feel very good about my experience.
