Have told numerous peeps about own personal incredible outcome following knee replacement. Also read good reviews of hip outcomes so am making hip referrals too ! (Recently retired RN :-). Met with Alex, Dr Lugo’s PA & one of my favorite people! Had an X-ray to see if I damaged my repaired rotator cuff.
I would highly recommend Dr. Lugo. He truly is an outstanding surgeon, has excellent bedside manners, and is very likable as a person, very down-to-earth and compassionate.

Dr. Lugo is very caring, knowledgeable and a skilled surgeon. He doesn't you rush into surgeries and is conservative with treatment.
Dr. Lugo performed my surgery for a total hip replacement and he is excellent. The results of my surgery are excellent one year later. My recovery was smooth. I've heard some bad stories from people who used different surgeons. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. He does not make you feel like he is in a rush. He will take the time to talk with you and answer your questions.
