Dr. Lugo exemplifies all the qualities one looks for in a Physician. He is polite, thorough, caring, explains everything, answers any questions, demonstrates techniques for exercises, calming and above all professional. His reputation precedes him and he fulfills all expectations.
I was impressed by Dr. Lugo. He was easy to talk with and very informative regarding my degenerative hip. The nurses were friendly and explained the necessary steps in preparation for surgery.
Dr Lugo is always attentive, while explaining all questions with patience in understandable terms.
Dr Lugo is amazing, and very knowledgeable. His staff explain everything. Only problem is wait time either in waiting room or exam room both prior and after seeing the Dr. This is an issue for his patients who are there to be relieved of chronic pain. I was in agony when I left. Staff does not seem to consider pain in expediting people thru appointments and paperwork. 2.5 hours, saw Dr for few minutes, rest of time waiting.
Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. Feel like the doctor and staff really care.

Dr Lugo came highly rated and now that I am his patient I can see why. After have a catastrophic knee injury, my wife (who is a medical professional) asked several other medical professionals who the best knee doctor is Dr Lugo was it.
