Dr. Lugo is knowledgeable and professional. Gives great options and advice.
Dr. Lugo explains clearly and recommends solutions that are reasonable. Confident manner, respectful, polite ,easy to relate my problem to him.
Dr lugo and Crystal were great. The lady (Jody)at the front desk was very curt to me as other patients that observed and overheard checking in. I will gladly elaborate if you wish.
Doctor/staff are nice. My time is just as important as theirs. 1.15hr wait to talk to him for 5 minutes is extremely hard to write nice things on. Hopefully my next visit is better

Dr. Lugo was very friendly and approachable. He explained the best course of action for treatment in a manner I understood. I felt very comfortable with him. My family members told me was a great doctor and they were right!
Dr. Lugo does outstanding work!I would also like to complement his entire team for their knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism.
I would give Dr.Lugo 20 stars if I could. However, I have found his Assistant to be very off-putting. I did not find her pleasant nor respectful when I first met her, for scheduling my knee surgery. Today, in a phone conversation, I found her arrogant and dismissive. NOTE: I am NOT a demanding, entitled patient who might elicit such treatment.
