First off let me say I have always loved eating here,.But last night for Mother's Day I was beyond shocked at how bad it was. I arrived with my daughter at 6:45, we could see many empty tables and booths as well as many people waiting to be seated. At 7:45 we got seated, waited until 8:15 for our salads and 8:40 for our appetizers. At 9 PM my Pecan encrusted Grouper arrived burned, black and hard as a rock. Waited 1 hour for a seat, then 45 mins after ordering still no food,walked out to never go back again experience sucked!!!!
Not as good as they used to be it's always one thing or another they fall short on. Used to be my favorite place to go but not anymore.
Our waitress Tammi is the best. She took great care of us and made our dinner even more pleasurable.
I don't have an issue with the food... I was there for my mothers 80th birthday on January 24th and waited over an 1.5 hrs when tables were available to be put together ... Worst service ever and the manager had no people skills... Was not apologetic at all... So all 11 of us went to whiteys and got seated right away... Very disappointed in luckys
Waitress was beyond rude. My food was bland and my wife's order was not correct either. They got the kids Mac n cheese right though.

6:30 on a Tuesday night. I ordered medium rare Prime rib. The waitress brought out a medium well steak. I sent it back and the manager came out and informed me that they did not have medium rare prime rib only medium to medium well. Really? I have never heard of such a thing. I then ordered a sirloin steak that was cooked medium rare but very tough and chewy. We also got a hamburger that was cooked beyond recognition. Love the soup and wedge salad, prefer a cozy spot in the bar near the fire place when it's available. Prime rib is excellent!
