Came in for dinner, not busy at all. Waited for over 10 minutes for a waitress to even show up to our table. Then waited even longer for our water, we never received our salads or soup. When our streaks came out they were cold along with all the side dishes that came with them. By far the worst service we have ever had. We have been long long time customers with our family and spent lots of money in your restaurant. That ended tonight. Not sure what has happened to you guys but we are done coming here
Been here an hour and a half. No food and inattentive server.
We were at luckys for a bietjday dinner with a party of 8 and when the waitress brouhht out our food she spilled steak juice all over one the guests and then did not want to discount or do anything to make up for this mistake and the manager would not come to see us we will not be returning
We were seated right away and the waitress was very attentive. I thought my salad and bread were good but my main course was terrible. I ordered prime rib with mashed and gravy. The gravy tasted like something from a can. The prime rib was the worst I have ever had. It was very dry and looked like they sliced it earlier in the day and just reheated it. Absolutely amazing dinner! Hubby's 50th birthday dinner couldn't have been better!
The food is great but today they messed up and passed us by so we passed them by
