2017 and I have to change my son on a soaking wet filthy counter because you don't have change tables in your bathroom, something so simple can make me not want to come back
Worst Lucy's experience ever. Went a party of 12, 4 of which were kids under 10. Had reservations for 7, was not seated until 40 minutes later. Had to remind waiter to bring salads/soup. After these were brought out I watched him come out and watch the ball game on tv while fixing his tie. A while later main entrees were brought out, steak was over cooked and dry. I've NEVER had poor service or a bad meal. It's always busy, so you can't be in a hurry. No reservations but definitely worth the wait. Great lunch menu, too.
We went to davison location service wasn't as good as it should be. We waited almost 10 min for the waitress after being seated which had been the same one that walked by us several times didn't say anything to us very bad service this time. We didn't get dinners until about 1 hour after being seated. The filet steak we both had was pretty tough more like a sirlion steak. Texas roadhouse had a better filet steak. Next time maybe we will try fenton or clio locations or maybe we will just go to texas roadhouse instead.

Generous portions of food, always leftovers. Great bread as appetizer, and love the Cheesy Potato Soup. Bar side has warm atmosphere. Always busy. Upgrade on restaurant side would be great, but service is great.
I don't know what it is but I used to love going to Lucky's. Went on my birthday, waited an hour with a group of people and all of us were sooo disappointed! For the price, the food should have been awesome, but it was merely average. What's going on guys?? You used to be the best steakhousr around!
Went there last night sat at the table for 20 min before we even got a glass of water...ordered potatoe soup as usual and they forgot to put the cheese and bacon in it 15 min after i asked for it they finally bring it out after the food was cold! Had to hunt somebody down for box and bill! Since i never got any bread i asked if i could get some too go....she said they didnt have any! Wtf all these bad reviews couldnt even get a manager too talk to me worst 75 dollars ever spent!!
