worst dinning experience ive ever had went for food and ended up leaving with out my order. Had a table of three order was over 106 dollars not unusual for us but an hour and 30 minute wait was unbearable. Then when they brought the food out they tottaly forgot my wife's food. Two out of three you got too be joking i was so upset i sent my food back too. The manager was super rude and charged me for all my sides and bread i never got too eat cost a much as the full meal. I'm just curious.....do you have a shortage on honey mustard sauce??? Why is it so hard and like pulling teeth to get the servers to give us EXTRA sauce with our chicken tender meals? I even offer to pay extra for it but still it seemed to be an issue that I wanted more. Why???
Stumbled upon this place yesterday in dire need of food. Was amazed and unconditionally satisfied with my meal, which if any one knows me and my eating habits, they know just how unusual this is.
Personally I feel a STEAKHOUSE should know how to cook a steak medium. Twice this past month I have ordered steak and I always order it medium. First was a filet they delivered it well done and it was very dry, today I ordered the steak salad again the meat I ordered was medium and yet again it come out well done and dry. Sad thing about todays was the fact they slice the steak to put in the salad so it was clearly visible. What is going on with Lucky's? This used to be the place to go for a great steak and great service. Today we waited an hour and half for our dinners. Mind you this was after the dinner rush and the place was not full. Everybody else around us waited a long time to get their food as well. Once we finally got our food, the steaks were not even that good. Mine was dry and my wife's was over cooked. I am seeing a bunch of other bad reviews here as well. What is going on?
