It's always a pleasure to visit Dr. Shepard's office, as unbelievable as that may sound. The staff is very friendly & Dr. Shepard is very personable. Once I used Gina, I left my former hygienist behind! I sent my daughter there when she needed an implant & she was very impressed with the care she was given by Dr. Shepard & his staff. I'm a fan.
