Everyone was very nice. Loved Dr Ducar. Only complaint is that when I was called back about my insurance for my son, the woman referred to him as a 'she', so obviously she didn't check the chart for gender.
It was the very last day of Trudy working at Ducar office. It was as great service as usual. Thank you. Ken

Painless and a pleasure! Dr. Shepard, the dental assistants and the entire office staff are all very friendly! In for a tooth extraction yesterday. Didn't feel any pain and today the same. Received good follow up care information and even got a call yesterday from Dr. Shepard to see how I was doing. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will!
Surgery was painless. Dr. Sheppard and his staff were just outstanding. Don't know too many doctor's that call to check on the patient following surgery.
