Well the only thing I have to say is that, I am so happy with your service and I wouldn't change it for anything.
All are extremely helpful in suggestions, knowledge of insurance policies, and scheduling to meet needs. Really like the new system of confirming appts. by e-mail.
Dr. Ducar is the best......very patient, explains everything, listens(!), has a sense of humor. He has a good team, and interacts with them very nicely. The office is very organized and helpful.
Pleasent, comfortable, professional and friendly greeting upon entering the office for appointments. Waiting period is brief. Multiple visits for extractions(painless), examinations and choices for correcting the problems were clearly explained. This enabled me to decide which treatment I would proceed with. As a patient of Dr. Ducar, I am always comfortable and relaxed as he performs the treatment. His concern for a patient's pre and post dental procedures are reassuring to me. I highly recommend Ducar and Shepard DDS, Inc.
