Ducar & Shepard are the best. I have been going to them for the past 10 years and I have never been disappointed.
Trudy is the best for teeth cleaning! The office and staff are very professional and i never have any problems when i show up for my appointment. I am happy to travel over 30 miles to have my work done there.
Trudy's cleanings are gentle, but thorough. I appreciate the use of topical anesthetic before she starts.
Procedure clearly explained. Painless experience, well-orchestrated. Impressive performance by the entire team.
As usual, Bev's work in cleaning my teeth was excellent. The atmosphere in Dr. Ducar's office is always pleasant, the staff cheerful, and the work perfect. I highly recommend Dr. Ducar's work, as well -- he carefully performed a perfect install of an implant on a front tooth over a period of several months. Couldn't be more satisfied.
My Hygenist. Beverly, was great. But whoever scheduled messed up. I had a 2 hr. appt- 9Am-11Am & was there at 8:50.. However another person was ALSO scheduled for Beverly FOR 9AM. I WAS ASKED TO WAIT UNTIL 9:30. Luckily, I did visit another office in the lower floor & conducted some business there. First time scheduling was askew for me.
Outstanding for35 years! What else can one say! Stan the Man who always feels like a race horse getting in the starting gate!!!
Excellent in all respects,timely response to scheduled start time, professional courtesies displayed by both staff and technician.
