I was veryp[leased w Trudy as she was good at explaining why I needed to come back for other side iof mouth. Sergfvice there has ALWAYS been expemplary.
Greeted courteously at the reception desk. Reminded to validate my parking. Could use a better assortment of magazines (a small matter of no real consequence). My hygienist is outstanding - competent, professional, friendly, explains what she's doing while she's doing it - very reassuring. Dr. Ducar is the consummate professional. My experiences have been consistently outstanding.
Beverly ts my dental hygenist. Beverly is consistently good, thorough, makes helpful suggestions and has a very pleasant personality.

Although I've had superb exams in my 'perio past,' the one from Dr.Shepard yesterday was over-the-top thorough! It's hard to believe he is so knowledgeable & personable. And with such a caring staff!
