LTO Real Estate ( Rotor Holdings Inc ), are a fraud and worse business to deal with. We bought a home from them In 2015 and they knew of an open permit since 2013. We have now sold the home and can't close until the permit gets closed, they refuse to work with us and 2 of their employees hung up on us, Stephanie told me she was having a bad day and just hung up but then wouldn't answer my call when I tried to call back. You used the Lease to Own program and successfully closed on your home over 7 years ago so I do not understand how we are a bunch of liars or a "fraud". You were able to buy the home for roughly a 3rd of what you are now selling your home for. This is a huge difference and gives you a significant profit. It was an amazing experience working with LTO Real Estate. Their agents were professional and pretty amazing to work with, they were able to help us find properties in nice locations. They were the ones also who process the deal and we do love how they do their work. It was a great thing doing business with LTO Real Estate.
