I just rescheduled an appointment with Laura C. She was exceptionally polite and so kind with rescheduling my PT appointment with Shaun. I wish she could teach other schedulers in how to treat the public! So kudos to Laura, she started my day on a very happy note!😎

1 star for uncaring staff on scheduling. She almost took pleasure in telling me they couldn't see me until May. Watson Clinic can do earlier and their staff are friendly. I mean this is the healthCARE industry right?
