We rented one of their properties for a year and we were satisfied with the service. Loyalventure was very helpful all the way of the contract. Really recommend.
I would strongly discourage anyone from renting through or entrusting their property to this agency. Throughout our tenancy, basic rental requirements were not met, including the provision of adequate heating. We also experienced serious electrical issues that raised genuine safety concerns. Despite repeatedly raising these matters, repairs were often met with resistance rather than action.
