Bad experience with my deposit return, staff are irresponsible and ignored my message in terms of deposit enquiry.
I was very disappointed in the property management for our property, will not be recommending this company to family or friends. It lacked customer service, they did not have the landlord’s side for the issues raised at the end of the lease. The house was given to us dirty, with photos evidence provided to them. Food stains in the dishwasher, greasy oven, hair in the bathroom drain and dirty carpet, the list goes on!!! We asked for an invoice to confirm professional cleaning from the tenant, and it looked like a fake invoice... read more
