Everything started when I lost a package and tried to contact someone named Lara for help. This is the same WhatsApp they use to send residents rules and building information, so I assumed it was appropriate to reach out there. One major issue is the confusion with unit addresses. We are told to use three letters in our address, but the doors only show two digits. This creates confusion for delivery drivers, and packages often get left in the wrong places or go missing. I am sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision about River Run South Condominium and its management arrangement with Loyalty in Miami. The move-in process has been extremely stressful and disorganized. There were excessive document requests, repeated back-and-forth communication, and a lack of clarity between the multiple parties involved (realtor, broker, owner, association, and Loyalty). Communication has been excellent. Residents receive timely updates, which we did not before. They truly care about the community and it shows in their attention to detail.
