I have hired Loyalty Plumbing for many of my plumbing jobs over the past couple years but recently they really bailed me out of of some very difficult situations at my apartment building. They replaced a water heater and then explained how to drain it as a part of its yearly maintenance. Friendly and professional.

Loyalty Plumbing is the best i have ever seen. I called them at last minute and Aldo told me he would have someone to my house within the hour and they came fast . Took care of my problem and made sure my water was running right before he left. AAlso the job was by city code . So I had no more problems. THANK YOU SO MUCH ALDO and JUSTO from Loyalty Plumbing.

I can't say enough good things about this team. Aldo, Oscar and Sixto are all amazing. I called this morning due to a broken faucet that lead to my husband having to shut off all the water to the house. I called at 9 this morning and Aldo transferred me right to Oscar who answered on the first ring. He dispatched a team that was already on my side of town and they were here by 12:30! The pipe between our meter and house shutoff valve developed a leak and was slowly saturating our lawn and overflowing into the street. Rather than dig around to troubleshoot and to head off any future leaks/cracks, they recommended replacing the entire pipe with a new PEX line. We were pretty happy with the entire experience. The work appears to be good quality, and they were FAST. We contacted Loyalty on Monday night, had someone out on Tuesday to look at the issue, and the work was completed by Wednesday afternoon. Loyalty Plumbing replaced two old water heaters for us. Excellent service was provided as well as instructions on how to maintain the new water heaters.
