Today I had to have Loyalty Plumbing come out to fix plumbing issue. Justin came out and was eager to help solve the issue. He took his time to figure it out while being very polite and professional. He took the time to explain what he saw while solving the problem. He was prompt, kind and professional!

If you're looking for honesty and quality work and great customer service, I highly recommend using Loyalty Plumbing. Aldo took the time to explain the issue with the water heater leak and showed me pictures of how the shutoff valves were supposed to be installed although the original company the installed them did not do it properly. The install crew were very professional and also helped me get my tank replaced for free at Home Depot. I would use this company again.

Had a leaking kitchen faucet on July 20, 2021 that needed to be repaired. Was told someone would call that night. The next morning I called again and was told that no one was available and we could be scheduled for the next day. I advised that we couldn't wait an immediately an adjustment was made to the schedule and a plumber was here in 15 minutes. The work was performed in an exceptional and professional manner.
