Very professional and respectful. It always establishes credibility for me when a company recommends a lesser cost option to me because it will suit my needs versus allowing me to purchase the more expensive option that is more than I need. I truly felt he was being respectful of my of my budget and would rather build a long-term relationship then make a quick buck
