First, I called Loyalty Plumbing LLC. They came out to my house and wanted to charge me ~$350 just to auger a partially clogged toilet (not a main line clog). That price was ridiculous. I paid their $75 "show-up fee" and then called *** ****** ******. One of their plumbers, Mr. ******* ********, came out to my house within an hour and, for just $83, he unclogged the toilet. Mr. ********did a great job - fast and very professional. I would definitely NOT recommend Loyalty Plumbing LLC to anyone. They are way too expensive. Ch... read more

We booked a call to Mr. *********** residence on a Saturday morning due to a clogged toilet. Before the appointment was booked, Mr. ********* was made aware that for all appointments booked by Loyalty Plumbing, there is a $75 service call fee that does get waived if the customer approves any estimates provided. This fee covers the time, gas, and a thorough diagnosis and repair estimate provided by a licensed plumber from a fully insured company. Yes, Loyalty Plumbing LLC does tell people that their $75 service fee will be waived if the customer approves any estimates provided by Loyalty staff. What Loyalty Plumbing LLC doesn't tell people is that their estimates will be extremely high for even minor work, such as unclogging one toilet. If potential customers knew ********************** tries to charge such high prices for even minor jobs, no one would ever call them and incur the $75 fee. COULD YOU NOT CALL THEM? These are the highest prices around. They will price gouge you. They were the highest price quote and charged me seventy-five dollars to do it. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else. The guy giving the quote knew it was crazy because he almost started laughing.
Came to our house on 01/20/2024 due to septic backup (major issue). Very polite, professional, and 2 weeks later things still seem to be working correctly so I assume the issue (hopefully) is fixed for good. I'd for sure recommend them to my neighbors and friends. The company seems to be the "perfect size" for what I want. Not so big that you are just a number, but big enough to have the needed equipment. Yet small enough to handle issues if things went wrong. Oscar ******** came out and reviewed my Plumbing issue. He was on time, certious and scheduled me for the next day. Loyalty came out and did great work. I would recommend this company and will use them when needed.
Today, Oscar and William from Loyalty Plumbing, LLC, came to repair a busted pipe in my master bedroom closet. They were very professional and mild mannered. If I ever have a problem with a plumbing issue, I will definitely request Oscar and William. They work very well together and are very efficient.
I have put off for a couple years now getting my septic updated. Well, now I know why! Thank you to Aldo, Oscar and their crew at Loyalty Plumbing.
