RecommendedMy daughter and I went yesterday for the first time. Lisa did an INCREDIBLE JOB!!! My daughter went for a completely different cut and Lisa pulled it off. Lisa made my daughter feel very comfortable and I could hear them laughing most of the time. Lox was very clean and it was great seeing everyone social distancing. I highly recommend Lisa and the Lox Salon!
Kyla did such a fabulous job on my cut and color, was so friendly and knowledge. It was exactly what I wanted, so great, highly recommend. 100 stars.
It's always a pleasant experience at Lox Salon. Brynn and her staff are always super nice and professional. They are also being extremely careful during this pandemic. I'm going through chemo right now, and Brynn made a special trip out to my home. She wore a mask and all of her tools were sanitized. She transformed my new hair growth from a monster to a super cute pixie! Thank you!

I went in Lox today with a terrible haircut I had gotten from another salon as well as a terrible dye job. You could definitely say my hair was butchered. I haven’t worn my hair down in months because it was so bad. Well I went in and Lisa began working her magic. She took her time to make sure every single strand was perfect. I have gone to Lox multiple times over the last decade from the time I was a college student and never had a disappointing service. Melaine, however, is my absolute go to for fun color and pixie cuts. I've also had a very relaxing pedicure and even my eyebrows waxed and tinted so she is a real Jill of All Trades! She always is so fun to talk to and it's such a relaxing treatment every time I go. She really knows how to make her clients feel so confident with their looks and you can tell she really enjoys what she does.
We were out of town for the weekend and while in Knoxville it was a rainy day and ruined our plans. So we decided to get our hair cut. The picture provided is to show his mullet as I had pulled my hair back. But I am absolutely satisfied with my dead end trim to make my hair healthy again, it was much needed. Overpriced/ Unprofessional The dye they use is about 13$ on eBay. They charge 90$- 100$ for a solid color dye job. They missed a bunch of my hair the last time I was there and it had to be redone. They wouldn't accept my 100$ Visa gift card for payment. The stylist I had an appointment with said she didn't have time to take me, so they passed me on to another. I got my haired colored here and it washed out within a couple days. I called and spoke to the owner who told me that it was my shampoo/conditioner. She agreed to have my hair done again for free and strongly suggested I purchase their products. I bought the $54 shampoo and conditioner and the color STILL washed out. I called back explaining I was having the same problem. The girl on the phone said it wasn't my shampoo that caused the color to come out in the first place, but their dye not latching on to my hair. We typically do not offer free redos if you are not using our color safe shampoo, however we redid your service free of charge & you also bought our products but the color still washed out.
