I love the facility and the people! With the new maintainance crew, anything that is pointed out as broken is fixed within a few days, and the staff are always eager to help you have a good time whether you're trying to learn a new trick or if you have any concerns. Marlyn is also especially awesome <3

Went a few days ago with my buddys and it wasnt bad. We had fun n everything but this hippy lookin guy nathan was bein super petty u could tell he only cared about us givin em a good review on here.... we were tryin to keep the rules n b respectful to other people but everyone was breakin all the rules so we couldnt have fun... None of the workers were telling people the rules so we started breakin em to... my buddy hurt his ankle on my tramp n couldnt jump anymore so we left n no one even helped us.... we like hangtime bett... read more

Name calling such as “hippy” is not called for since you obviously know the employees name. My kids always have a blast here. It’s clean, and there’s places for the parents sit where it’s easy to keep track of all the kids.
So much fun! One of our party goers said it was the best party ever! Spent 1.5 hours which was just right for 10 year olds. Many great upgrades made to the place! Helpful staff. Thanks, Lowe’s!

(I had posted this review before as a "I recommend this place" because we still like it here, even though this happened. But it seems like the business responds to the "not-recommended" reviews, and I would like them to see this.) My kids love it here, but at the end of March my 3 year old almost died. Just want to warn parents to be very watchful when they come! She was completely buried very deep for several minutes in the kids foam pit. Lori, thank you for your feedback. We understand the concern with the foam pit and apologize for any inconvenience. The foam pits are tricky to get out of, not just in the kids area. We have foam pads that can assist with getting out of the pits in times that someone may need additional assistance, and our employees are willing to help as well. Your experience is not unheard, and staff has been made aware.
Not overcrowded, the kids love coming here. I have done my son's birthday party and it was a blast!
