It was our first time coming, we drove all the way from Salt Lake because we heard good things...We bought 2 hours from 1 to 3PM the girls at the front desk were complaining in front of us (customers) about who got to go home first because it was slow and memorial day weekend...Then they didn't go over the rules or anything with us so when the current went I to the wrong area, instead of telling us nicely that we couldn't be there without a special wrist band we got yelled at...Also we were unaware that only 1 person could b... read more
Super cool place. Loved all the different things for kids to do besides just jumping on a trampoline. This place is like an athletic kid's wonderland!!!
Way too crowded. Too many people. I stood around in line more than I spent time jumping and having fun. My daughter and her friend didn't mind the wait and loved it. Not worth the money for an adult.Edited -management did make it right by refunding my entrance fee. The ninja obstacle course was really cool !
All in all, I was very pleased with the place. Admittedly, as a father of four children under 8, I was somewhat disappointed by the size of the kids area...kind of just felt like a slightly larger McDonald's play place. The rest of the facility was grest, but most of my kids (who sadly didn't meet the requirements of the rest of the gym per size or age) could only look longingly at other areas. They still enjoyed themselves, but older children would have a ball here.
