We came here for a birthday party and the snotty girl at the front desk treated us like we were idiots and they did not have the party table we paid for and said they only give us that when it's time for cake and pizza. Which is. It what we were told on the phone when we booked the party. Also every kid that came late to the party she would sigh and say "another one" . I am glad the kids had a great time and that we could talk and try to fix it while you were here. As always we love to improve and management is here if you ever have an issue while you are here we prefer to address it right away. We understand it started off negative, but we hope we ended on a positive note.
My 3 year old loved letting lose and jumping everywhere! He felt free to be himself and I enjoyed watching him have fun. Love how cheap it is and that parents don't have to pay to supervise. I told all my friends to go to Lowes Xtreme Air Sports.
