Lowe's is my Walmart. I love it. If they just had food here I would not have to go anywhere else
I think customers always know what they want, going in. Even the regulars will walk right to the place they need to go, still not needing assistance. But there are so many benefits, if you are ever unsure about what you need, speak with one of the Lowe's workers in whatever department, and they may have an easier option, or an option that could save you money. Oh my word ! They must be having a terrible Thanksgiving eve at this Lowes. It's the worst one I've ever been to And I practically live at Lowes. First off their saw machine was broken, so we had to buy a new saw ( not even discounted) to cut the wood we bought for my widowed mother . The customer service was below standard and the cashiers were less than friendly and displayed a very bad attitude . So sad. Mom said we should go to Home Depot. Now I know why !!
Absolute worst customer service! I purchased a washer and dryer from this store and told them I would return at a specific time. I was told the units would be up front when I returned. Not only were they not there we waited 30 minutes and still no washer and dryer. My daughter had to go to the bathroom and what do we find on the way there? The Lowe's in Aiken is the worst I've ever been in. Just went and had to load my own wood (Did I mention that I'm almost 60 Years old) Looked for help, found none. When I did the Saw was broke and they could not cut my wood. When I told them I would not be back, it did'nt even faze them. Won't go back to this Lowe's. Thank God for Lowe's in North Augusta. After reading the few reviews all I can say is buy a truck I've always been happy when shopping at Lowes no complaints.
Ordered decorative fencing, stones, mulch etc. I ended up canceling my order due to two delivery dates being missed. The sad part is I don't have any other way of getting these items, due to the weight...
