Worst Customer Service! My husband waited an hour to pay for carpet. They need new management and new staff. I called for assistance and they only kept transferring me to person to person when I asked for management.
They sell products, without testing them. I just returned a caulk gun. I bought the most expensive one. Part number 525857. The cutter on it does not work AT ALL! When I return it, they could care less as to why? Do they not have product management? If they do, do they not test stuff? I could give many examples of stuff I have bought and returned, or have had not work or fail. 6 months from now they will still be selling the caulk gun that doesn’t work because they don’t care about the inconvenience it causes.
My wife spends a lot of time in the Aiken SC Lowes. Last week on 2 occasions she came home ticked off. She asked for help loading tile into her vehicle the staff did it very begrudgingly. Not very good customer service in my book.

I bought an 18,000btu A/C on JL 28th. It took a full week at least to get it installed, but the back storm door was damaged. Come Wed., it will be one full month getting the repairs rectified. One huge problem, there is zero continuity. Every time you call, you speak to another person. They refuse to connect you to the person with whom you last spoke. I went in to pick up some bulbs for my new lights but also wanted to look at the countertops. From the time I walked in and up until I left I was helped by a Lowes employee. A big shout out to Steve in cabinets who I did not meet but left my name and contact number for him to call. Not only did he call he did more on the phone for me than most do in person.
