After waiting 40 minutes in the paint section I am the 4th customer to leave. Lady came over intercom and asked I know atleast five times for an employee to go the paint yet no one came. Guessing Home Depot can definitely do better with helping customers �

I have been trying to get a replacement LED fixture for a couple of weeks. I'm suppose to meet with the customer service manger before 5 PM today. After call the Aiken store several times, {place on hold...no one answer, hanging up on me, picking up then hanging up} I called headquarter only to learn the manger had left for the day. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WILL NOT recommend Lowe's to anybody I know. HELLO HOME DEPOT!!!!!!
On a Friday night 7pm. I was buying outdoor plants and notice all the plants were severely in need of watering. The plants looked the same the day before. After purchasing plants from outside and loading them into my truck, an employee advised me to return all of them as they were infested with white flies. The whites flies were everywhere. The employee told me he had to spray all the plants later that evening. I thank the employee for being honest, and I shame Lowes for allowing there garden center to get to this deplorable... read more
Truckers can't get to docks without cars and people in the way at lawn n gardens. And go in the lumber. Side is no better get back to docks pallets of lawn care products sitting around everywhere in front of docks hard to back in and cars keep driving around back there it's a hazard at all Lowe's stores to deliver . .Plus you drop trailer then move empty out of. Dock drop it hook back up to loaded trailer your delivering drop it then have to hook back up to the empty while cars drive around you....Get a yard dog....Cheap bas... read more
Today in the garden dept I saw a young thuggy looking man who was not shopping, but was walking up and down the aisles looking around. As I went outside I noticed he was walking in between the cars. I was parked next to an elderly lady who was struggling to get into her car and not paying attention to anything else. He started to walk towards her very quickly. I immediately popped out of my parked car and loudly said, "Ma'am...can I help you?" She didn't hear me - but he did and he took off at a trot. I hope Lowe's provides ... read more
