This is terrible I was remodeling my house started in October order cabinets in October they said they were in stock but was missing Cabinet from my order Lowe’s didn’t offer to Contact any other store to check their inventory. Horrible customer service.
Imagine your 90 year old father ordering a specific microwave from Lowes. they waste 1 week of his time after it's been purchased already then tell him they dont have it. . after too many phone calls they magically have a similar one in the back of the store nobody knew about (inventory much)? He goes up there to look at it and it looks fine. he asks if it is a 220. they said yes. he asked if they would open it up to be sure, they wouldnt do that. they promised it to be delivered Monday. I don't know why I even bother going to Lowe's in Aiken!!! You can never find what you want and you can never find help without walking around the whole f'ing store!!!
I had a gas ranged delivered to my Mom and it has multiple dents and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone to discuss. The delivery drivers tried to make her sign paperwork before it was off the truck.. she then had to sign it they did not unpack it. As soon as she did she called me. This is ridiculous.
Went to your store March 1, 2020 to buy a refrigerator and it's been nothing but a nighmare. Hopefully we will get our fridge next week but who knows, Will never buy another appliance from Lowe's again and the last few years brought a stove, washer , etc but never again!

I just went to Lowe’s in Aiken SC to purchase a $200 fan and a few other things. I couldn’t find an employee for anything to help me. Finally a sweet guy, Dez that doesn’t even work in that department came to help because he knew I had been waiting for 20+ mins. Then I needed help with light bulbs, again no help anywhere.
