Lowe's doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I was delivered a washer with I have no idea what was in it looks like rust and and powder, expected me to keep the dryer, I called the store to let them know what I recieved after being put on hold a transferred 5x the lady was more concerned about getting other deliveries done AFTER THEIR SCREW UP, neeflessto say I was told they would deliver my w& d later today, it's 10 PM no call, no washer & dryer, I calls the store to speak to a mgr, told her about the debacle. her respo... read more
No one in the paint department, called the front desk- operator was incredibly rude. Pushed the need help button after I finally found it. Another customer had been waiting and ended up leaving. Poor customer service. Registers are backed up with only one open and 7 that are closed. the cashier was apologetic and the only good part of my experience.
They sell houses, one piece at a time
#Lowes installed 40 #hurricane #windows which leaked for 6 months & now claims department trying to tell my new installer how to reinstall the windows in the cheapest possible way instead of writing him a check. I have never been in a store where we had to basically beg for help and then be treated like we were being an inconvenience. If ya don't want to help people go get a different job.

RecommendedSylvia was MOST helpful when we bought our new home and needed new locks and wanted them all keyed the same. She was efficient and pleasant to deal with making our trip in quicker than running through a fast food drive through. Because of her helpfulness and knowledge we have returned time and again for flooring, paint and other items needed in the renovation of our home. Thank you Sylvia and Lowe’s.
