Terrible customer service. TJ in lawn and garden was very rude. When we went to talk to the store manager about her we had to wait for him for 10 minutes because he was on the phone laughing and joking around with someone. This was after he was told that we were waiting. I used to go to this store daily and never had any problems, I don't know what happened but it needs to get fixed. The Cape Carteret store is not that far it looks like I am going to start going there, atleast they know how to treat their customers.
Horrible customer service today ... From a customer who spends no less than 5000 a month. Employees and management are clueless on policies of the corporate offices ugh!!!
The only problem I have with Lowes is their extra warranty they sell you. We bought a pressure washer last year and the cashier asked if we wanted the extended warranty that will let you bring it back to the store if 'anything' goes wrong with it and they will replace it for you. We bought the 2 year and guess what? The thing broke this spring so we took it back. They then told us it would take up to 6 weeks cause they first need to see if it's fixable or if they are gonna replace it. I wasn't happy about the time frame but ... read more
I love Lowe's... Not only because that's my place of employment but you have so many options to choose from and the appliances there are terrific..
